Want your design to shine? Make sure to attach your artwork when completing our custom hat quote form. Send us your artwork in the best quality possible:

• Vector files (preferred): .ai, .eps, or .svg—these are our favorites for that sharp, professional look.
• High-resolution images: If vectors aren’t an option, send us .png or .jpg (300 dpi minimum, with transparent backgrounds when needed).

Bulk hats orders are the majority of our business - orders of 25+ hats have a turnaround time of 2 weeks. Individual custom hat orders vary - please see the Custom Hats page for current TAT.

Your hat’s a treasure, so treat it right. To remove the tag, we suggest using a knife or scissors to cut the plastic securing the tag. Spot clean with a damp cloth, avoid machine washing, and keep it stored in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape. Your hat will thank you.

Custom hats are a little more personal, so they’re non-refundable unless there’s a defect. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll sort it out.
